Individual and Couples Therapy in Las Vegas, Nevada
Understand What Keeps You Stuck. Build Healthier Patterns.
Therapy for adults navigating anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, self-esteem concerns, and relationship patterns that keep repeating, even when life looks fine from the outside.
Meet your therapist
Hi, I'm Dr. Quinnett.
I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist in Las Vegas, a professor, an author, and the host of Wellness Unfiltered with Dr. Quinnett. I'm also a wife and mom.
I help individuals and couples across Nevada work through anxiety, relationship patterns, and life transitions.
Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, we look beneath the anxiety, stress, conflict, and overwhelm so you can understand what is actually happening and start responding differently.
Greater self-trust, healthier relationships, and change you can carry into your real life.
Therapy that helps you understand the pattern, not just manage the moment.
