How do I know which therapy service is right for me?

Start with your main concern: anxiety or overthinking points to anxiety therapy; relationship conflict you want to work on together points to couples therapy; most other concerns begin as individual therapy. If you're unsure, the free 15-minute consultation is where we decide together.

How often will we meet?

Most clients meet every other week or monthly, depending on goals and schedule. Cadence is decided together at the consultation or first session and can change over time.

What happens in the free 15-minute consultation?

A brief phone or video call to talk about what brings you to therapy, answer practical questions about fees and scheduling, and decide whether working together is a good fit. It is not a therapy session, and you don't need a clear goal to book it.
