I am honest, direct, and will be real with you. I am not going to hand you a meal plan and wish you luck. I am going to show up every week as your partner in this work, help you figure out what is actually in the way, and build something that works for your specific life in this specific season.
Sessions are active and collaborative. We will look at what is working, what is not, and why. And we will make adjustments in real time instead of waiting until the program is over to course correct.
You also have access to text communication between sessions. Because real life does not wait for your next weekly call.

I use an integrated whole person approach to help you reach your goals. We look at nutrition, movement, mindset, and the daily habits that are either draining you or supporting you.
This is not about being perfect. It is about understanding how your mind and body are connected and building habits that support both.
In coaching we will work on:
Nourish — fueling your body for energy, mood, and hormonal balance without restriction or guilt
Move — finding movement that works for your body and your life right now, not punishment
Root — addressing the mindset patterns and identity beliefs keeping you stuck in the same cycles
You do not need to overhaul your entire life. You need the right support, the right approach, and a plan that was actually built for you.

The Whole Body Reset is an 8-week 1:1 coaching program that includes:
8 weekly 45-minute 1:1 coaching sessions
Text communication between sessions for real time support
A personalized plan built around your goals, your schedule, and your life
A signed copy of Journey to a New You, a 12-week guided journal, at onboarding
Access to Dr. Quinnett's clinical and nutritional expertise in every session
Investment: The Whole Body Reset: $1,500 Payment plan: 2 payments of $750
After 8 weeks: Momentum Coaching — 2 bi-weekly sessions per month at $350/month

No. Therapy is a clinical service focused on mental health treatment. Coaching is a wellness service focused on building healthy habits, achieving goals, and creating sustainable whole person change. Both have real value. They serve different needs. I offer both services but keep them completely separate.

No. Wellness coaching is available to anyone nationwide. You do not need to be located in Nevada.

That is completely fine and very common. Some clients choose to work with me for coaching while also seeing an individual or couples therapist. I will not be providing therapy during our coaching work together, but I can refer you to appropriate support if a need arises.

Most programs give you a plan and leave you to figure out the rest. The Whole Body Reset includes weekly 1:1 sessions, text support between sessions, and a personalized approach that addresses your nutrition, movement, and mindset together. Not as separate problems. As one connected picture.
